Roof Replacement

Davenport Ridge Elementary School was built in 1972 and sits on a 16.9 -acre site located in North Stamford. 

March 2024, Davenport was awarded, a sixty-percent reimbursement grant, over $2,000,000 in State grand funds, to replace the existing roof which is now beyond its existing warranty.

Additionally, the City is committed to targeted interior renovations to improve restroom accessibility compliance and finishes in the the media center, nurses suite, and main office. These investments will enhance the indoor learning environments for both students and staff.
