Architecture and Engineering Procurement

On July 13th, 2023 The City of Stamford issued through its procurement site a Request for Qualifications and is currently preparing a list of no more than four proposers to seek pricing proposals for architectural and engineering services. This process is defined by Connecticut State Statute.

The City will seek additional services for the project including Owners Representative Services and Construction Manager ‘at risk’ services.
