After a competitive selection process the City of Stamford entered in an agreement for Owner’s Representative services for Westhill High School. An owner’s representative serves as a liaison between an owner - the City of Stamford with the Stamford Public Schools - and the project team which consists of architecture and engineering consultants. They provide guidance and professional expert recommendations in numerous decision-making points required along the course of a project, from design thru construction and final occupancy. The owners representative ensures consistency across the project. Bringing in this outside professional key expertise ensures a project is set up for success.
